TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCES

The integration of smart technology into homes is on the rise. Smart thermostats, lighting, and energy management systems not only contribute to a home's sustainability but also enhance convenience and comfort. These technologies allow homeowners to monitor and control their energy usage more effectively, leading to lower energy bills and reduced environmental impact.

Dear Reader,

There’s a Tanzanian proverb, “Little by little, a little becomes a lot,” which can be applied to anything, whether it’s fitness, relationship goals, or developing a new skill. The same can be said for every little improvement you make to your property over time.

The great thing about these e-newsletters is that they are packed with a variety of ideas on how you can improve your home to increase its value, help save you money, enjoy your home more, and live a healthier life. This month’s e-newsletter, for example, features articles about window treatments, how to choose a home security system, and DIY natural cleaners. While these may seem like little things when it comes time to sell, the more improvements you have made to your home…

Real Estate Market Value

The concepts of Market Value and Purchasing Price!

Or maybe you have been considering a home improvement that has been on your wish list, like an updated bathroom.

Alberta Lose Residents to Other Parts of Canada

Rob Roach, ATB Economics | June 17, 2021

For the fourth quarter in a row, more people left Alberta for other parts of Canada than arrived from elsewhere in the country.
